Answer:
Not sure what you mean by 'rate'.
I would say that Runner's World
'reviews' shoes. They do not compare
one against another or give a numerical
rating of some sort. They once did
but Nike used it's muscle to sue
the living daylights out of Runner's
World in the mid 80's I think. Since
then rating running shoes against
one another has been a very risky
business, especially if Nike does
not come out on top.
What I like
to do is go to the Road Runner Sports
website and look at the Shoe Critic.
That's a message board where people
post their opinions on the various
shoes. It has been very helpful
to me in choosing a new shoe.
